Hamon Iberico Live Carving

We offer the finest cured ham, “Jamon Iberico de Bejota”, only on Wednesdays and Thursdays. Jamon Iberico de Bejota is a cured ham made from acorn-fed bejota, the highest grade of Iberico pigs, aged for 36 to 48 months and characterized by its unique rich aroma and melt-in-your-mouth fat.

Chef Antonio of The Steakhouse, who is a cortador (ham cutter), will perform live carving with his excellent cutting skills.

Also enjoy our suggestion of a marriage with whiskey or sherry to go with the cured ham.
