Terms and Conditoin
- Reservation is required two days prior to the desired arrival date.
- Minimum number of stays is 30 days. If you wish to extend your stay, you can make a reservation for 11,700 yen (incl. tax & service charge) per night.
- For hygiene reasons, room cleaning will be carried out twice a week.
- A room can accommodate up to 2 people.
- Specific request about the number of floors and views of guest rooms cannot be accepted.
- “GoTo Travel Campaign” cannot be applied.
- Refrain from entering guest rooms other than guests who stay in the room.
- If you check out before the number of nights you have reserved for any reason, we will not refund the fee.
- IHG Rewards points will be earned towards the entire payment and total number of room nights will be recorded.
- IHG Rewards and Ambassador benefits are applicable (excludes Club InterContinental Lounge Access benefit).
- Cannot be used in combination with shareholder coupons, ANA Mileage Club / ANA Card / ANA Wide Card / ANA Super Flyers Card / ANA Diamond / Platinum Service benefits / Weekend free accommodation vouchers.
- Pre-payment to our hotel designated account or pre-payment by credit card are required upon the reservation. In case of advance transfer, the reservation will be completed after confirmation of payment.
- The cancellation fee is free until 15:00, one days before check-in, and 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged after that.
