ARK Hills Cherry Trees
The entrance to the park is “Sakura-zaka,” where cherry trees planted 35 years ago when ARK Hills was first established spread their branches high into the sky. About 210 Someiyoshino cherry trees are in full bloom along a 1km stretch from “Sakura-zaka” to “Izumi-dori,” creating a magnificent arch of cherry blossoms. From late March to mid-April, when the cherry trees are in full bloom, the trees will be lit up, creating a gentle atmosphere bathed in sunlight during the day and a mysterious atmosphere at night.
