Guest Advisory: Notice of Extensive Luxury Room Renovation from 2nd October 2023
From 2 October 2023, we are embarking on renovation to elevate the luxury and comfort of our guest rooms. We have taken extensive measures to minimize noise disturbances, however we extend our deepest apologies for any inconveniences this may cause.
The newly renovated rooms are available from February 2024.

- Renovation period
From 2nd October 2023 to 14th December 2024, for 15 months, a full comprehensive refurbishment of guest rooms and corridors, spanning from 7 to 31 floors. - Renovation work
The noisiest work will occur from Monday to Saturday, specifically between 11:00 AM and 2:30 PM. Please be aware that there might be occasional noise at other times as well. However, we’d like to reassure you that on Sundays and during extended Public Holidays like Golden Week (GW) New Years Eve and Obon, there will be no construction work, ensuring a peaceful environment for our guests. - Impact of Renovation
Restaurants & Bars will remain fully open, but we anticipate some noise in the Lobby and Restaurants & Bars between 11:00 and 14:30 from April onwards.
