Kids Cooking Lesson

Kids Cooking Lesson

The Steakhouse has arranged for a Kids’ Cooking Lesson during the summer school holidays, following our successful Golden Week version.
Participants prepare The Steakhouse’s signature dish, Wagyu beef hamburger, and an American-style dessert. While the kids enjoy what they have prepared, their parents can savor a 3-course dinner. There will be an English-language version on the second day, offering a unique opportunity for your kids to communicate with our chefs in English.

Sea & Earth: “Taste of Japan” by InterContinental

Taste of Japan by InterContinental

American Celebrity Chef Sharone Hakman recently came to Japan and visited The Steakhouse. For a limited time-only, we will be serving a special menu, “Taste of Japan,” that Chef Hakman tasted and was very impressed with. The menu consists of Wagyu steak and grilled Tuna prepared with Japanese seasonings.

Sea & Earth: 200g Iwami Wagyu steak & Grilled Tuna, using Yuzu pepper and olive oil, Salt from Miyakojima island, and Ponzu sauce.
