Cancellations and Amendments
Please notify us at least 72 hours in advance (Japanese local time) for any cancellations or changes.
A 100% cancellation fee will be applied thereafter.
Hotel Reservations
Please be advised, cancelling your hotel room reservation does not automatically cancel your pre-arranged transfer service.
Airport Reception
For transfers from Narita and Haneda Airports, a Limousine Company representative will meet you in the Main Arrivals Hall after passing through Customs Control.
The representative will be holding a sign with the hotel name.
Waiting Time at Airport
The driver will wait for up to one hour free of charge after flight arrival.
Additional waiting time will incur extra charges.
Operating Zone
The above rates are applicable only within the 23 central wards of Tokyo.
Please inquire for rates applicable to other areas.
Additional Costs
Highway tolls and parking fees are not included in the quoted price and will be billed at the end of your journey.
