KI NO BI is a small-batch, artisanal gin with a Japanese heart.
We use a high-quality rice spirit and local botanicals such as yuzu, lemon, sanshō pepper, ginger and gyokuro tea, all sourced at the peak of the season from producers we know and respect.
Guest Bartender: Marcy Sakuma
Marcy Sakuma is the KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin global brand ambassador who has crafted his art as a bartender in iconic bar venues including ROKA and multiple top-class bars and restaurants in the UK. After returning to Japan, he joined KI NO BI’s distillation team, emphasizing collaboration with local farmers, in line with the brand’s “Born of Kyoto” motto.
In 2020, he became head of The House of KI NO BI, KI NO BI’s first brand home. Appointed global brand ambassador in 2023, he embodies the brand’s essence and showcases the blend of tradition and modernity worldwide, reflecting his passion for mixology and commitment to the spirits industry.
