Morning

Hie Shrine /

On a pleasant morning, before breakfast, take a walk to Hie Shrine in Akasaka, a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Passing through the Sanno Torii gate and the traditional red shrine gate, you can enjoy a quiet moment away from the hustle and bustle of the city in this sacred place. In addition, the gardens located in ARK Hills, adjacent to the hotel, visitors can enjoy numerous roses and seasonal flowers which are best fit for your morning refresh. In springtime, the area around the hotel is lined with cherry blossom trees that stretch 1 km, providing a beautiful spring color scheme. After breakfast at the hotel, why not take a stroll to Ginza and the Marunouchi area? Famous stores such as Ginza Mitsukoshi, Ginza SIX, watch and jewelry specialist Wako, and the dazzling gold Hermès flagship store are usually quiet in a morning, so you can enjoy shopping at your leisure.

Afternoon

How about spending your afternoon with elegance to enjoy art? The area around ARK Hills is rich in greenery and lined with many art museums. You can take a walk around the “art triangle” of the National Art Center Tokyo,  the Suntory Museum of Art, and the Mori Art Museum. Otherwise, you can take a stroll to areas with rich history – Hanzomon and Nagatacho, which used to be a district of daimyo residences in the Edo period, and the Imperial Palace, which is the emperor residence. Take a stroll around the Imperial Palace area, which still retains the appearance of the former Edo Castle with its vast nature and scenery, and the ruins of the former residences of famous literary figures. Enjoy shopping and dining in Shibuya, a town that is always on the pulse of the latest trends in fashion, culture, and cuisine, or join the dynamic, energetic flow of people at the famous scramble crossing that is a symbol of Tokyo.

Evening

Roppongi / 六本木

In the evening, Roppongi Hills offers a breathtaking view of Tokyo Tower and, on clear days, Mt. Fuji. The sunset from the top of Roppongi Hills is truly spectacular. During winter, Keyakizaka is beautifully illuminated, turning Roppongi Hills into a magical winter wonderland. At the iconic Tokyo Tower, experience the Top Deck Tour, soaring 250 meters above the city. From this height, enjoy a mesmerizing night view of Tokyo, with its sparkling skyline reflected in the floating geometric mirrors. The Tokyo Tower itself is illuminated daily from sunset to dawn, creating a colorful and enchanting display visible from various spots around the city. Afterward, return to the hotel to savor a gourmet dinner at one of our thirteen unique restaurants, bars, and lounges.
