Upon arrival, please first come to the 2nd floor “Cascade Cafe” to make your payment. After payment, you will receive a pool entry ticket.
*Pool usage time includes check-in, locker use, and exit.
*Prices include consumption tax and service charge.
Notice
- Reservations must be changed or cancelled at least one day in advance.
- Cancellations made on the day will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- If, after your visit, the pool cannot be used due to rain, etc., we will make it available on another day. Please ask our staff for details.
- Pool admission tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.
