Guest Advisory: Notice of Annual Electrical Outage 12th January 2027
Please be informed on Tuesday, 12th January 2027, our hotel is scheduled to undergo its annual electrical maintenance, as mandated by Japanese Law. Due to this, we will experience a disruption in our electricity supply for approximately 5 hours between 12:00a.m. and 5:00a.m. (early morning on 12th January) and internet connection will not be available from 11:30p.m. on 11th January until 4:30a.m. 12th January.
During this time, the elevators, lighting and air conditioning system in all areas will not be functional. Additionally, our in-room dining service will not operate from 11:00p.m. on Monday 11th January until 6:30a.m. Tuesday 12th January.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind cooperation.
