A specially crafted Chef’s menu is only available at “Akane” where you enjoy the stunning views of Tokyo skyline in a contemporary Japanese setting.  “Akane’, is a private, intimate dining room where you can feel the warmth of the wood with the stunning view from the 37th floor. Enjoy the finest Japanese beef, seafood and seasonal vegetable dishes prepared in front of you by the Teppanyaki Chefs.
