with gin and whiskey, complemented by seasonal ingredients.

RYO SEGAWA
With a career that began at the age of 21 in Nara, he quickly established a strong foundation in bartending under the guidance of Takumi Watanabe at “THE SAILING BAR.” After moving to Osaka in 2012, he honed his craft as a bar manager across several venues, earning recognition as a finalist in DIAGEO World Class Japan 2014 and a semifinalist in Bacardi Legacy Japan 2016.
In 2021, he opened PENDULUM CLOCK in Kitashinchi, an elegant bar inspired by London’s 18th-century Gin Craze, where rare and carefully selected gins take center stage. Today, he continues to expand his influence through guest shifts and appearances at events both in Japan and around the world, sharing his refined approach to cocktail culture.
