Original Gin "LAST ELYSIUM -ANA InterContinental Tokyo Limited Edition-"
This gin was developed in collaboration with Ethical Spirits Co., Ltd., using Ethical Spirits’ signature gin “Last Elysium,” orange peels which would typically be discarded as waste from orange juice production at our hotel and sake lees are the key ingredients in our signature gin, focusing on environmental and social sustainability.
Along with this gin, we crafted our signature cocktail “Florentine Rising,” a Negroni based cocktail made with the original gin and Campari, infused with orange flavors. This can be enjoyed at any of the hotel’s three bars (the gin-focused Genever Lobby Bar, Main Bar Da Vinci and MIXX Bar & Lounge).
