MARS CHANG
Mars Chang is one of Taiwan’s leading bartenders. He has earned numerous accolades in cocktail competitions, including World Class Taiwan Champion 2021 and Campari Competition Taiwan Champion.
He is the founder of the acclaimed Taipei bar To Infinity and Beyond and Tor Day in Taichung. In 2025, To Infinity and Beyond was ranked No. 41 in Asia’s 50 Best Bars, further cementing his reputation as one of the driving forces behind Taiwan’s vibrant bar scene.
