What is your check-in and check-out policy?
The check-in time at our hotel is 3:00p.m., and check-out is 11:00a.m.. However, it may vary depending on the plan you have booked. Please refer to your reservation confirmation.
Late check-out
30% surcharge until 3:00p.m. / 50% surcharge until 6:00p.m. / full amount after 6:00p.m.
Note: Availability may be depend on the reservation status on the day. Please ask at the time of booking.Early check-in
Early check-in is subject to room availability upon arrival and cannot be guaranteed. If you would like to guarantee your early check-in, an additional fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. Your luggage can be stored before checking in, so please let us know upon arrival.Is it possible to check in at a late hour?

Is it possible to store my luggage prior to check in?
Your luggage can be stored before check-in and after check-out. Please contact to the Bell Desk on 2FL.

Is it possible to request a high floor or a view?
Can I request the high floor or Tokyo Tower side in advance?
We will record your request on your reservation, but it is subject to availability.Can I specify the room number in advance?
We do not accept prior room number requests. Your room will be assigned within the room category you reserved. -
What is the cancel policy?
Cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 p.m. local time on the day before arrival. After the above deadline, or in case of no-show, 100% cancellation fee of the first night’s room rate will be charged in accordance with the hotel’s Accommodation Policy.
Cancellation policies may differ for reservations booked via third party agencies and also depending on the rate plan.

How can I arrange the birthday cake for my birthday stay?
You can order special items including birthday cakes and champagne for birthday or anniversaries in room dining.
There are options available; anniversary cake set (a set of sparkling wine and birthday cake), a whole cake with a plate, or champagne to your room. Please request your cake at least 3 days prior to your stay via our reservation team.

Do you have connecting rooms?
Yes, some room categories have connecting rooms, but the number of rooms are limited.

Do you have the internet access in the guest room?
Both Wi-Fi and wired LAN Internet access is available in the guest rooms free of charge.

Are the extra beds available?
Any extra bed will be sent to your room with an additional fee of 9,488 yen.
Please note that some room types may not be able to accommodate an extra bed.

What is the definition of a child?
Children are defined as those under 12 years of age, and those 13 years and above will be treated as adults.

Will your rooms allow baby cots/cribs?
Baby cots/cribs and also bed guards are available for free of charge with a limited number.
For safety reasons, baby beds are for children under 1 year old. Please request at time of reservation.

Is there a fee for children staying in the same room?
If a child up to 12 years old sleeps in the same bed with parents, there is no charge for their accommodation.
In case of a meal plan, the cost of the meal for the child is not included.
Breakfast buffets at Cascade Cafe are available for 2,507 yen (including tax and service charge) per person for ages 6 to 12.
Children under 5 years of age are free of charge.

Can you connect two beds in a two-bedroom?
Since there is a night table between the beds that cannot be moved, it is not possible to connect two beds.
Please inquire at time of reservation if you wish to have only one of the beds placed flush against the wall, or if you wish to have a bed guard installed.

Can children allow to use the Club Lounge?
Yes, you can bring your child to the Club InterContinental Lounge except during Cocktail hour. Cocktail hour is limited to guests who are 13 years of age or above.
Children between the ages of 4 and 12 sleep in the same bed with their parents and are charged an additional ¥5,000 when using the Club InterContinental Lounge.
